HSBC Leasing, S.A., a subsidiary of HSBC Bank (Panama), S.A., duly authorized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to provide financial services, registered Revolving Notes for the amount of U.S. $ 150,000,000.00 with the National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama. HSBC Leasing, S.A. will issue said bonds periodically, in Series, and in amounts it considers appropriate to its needs and market demand.<\/p>\n
Payments due to holders of such bonds are backed by the general credit of HSBC Leasing, S.A. The funds from the sale of the bonds will be used to grant financial leases and, in general, be invested in the company\u2019s ordinary course of business.<\/p>\n
HSBC Leasing, S.A. issued the first series of these bonds, denominated Series A Bonds, in the amount of US$ 15,000,000.00, which were successfully brought to market through the Bolsa de Valores de Panama (Panama Stock Exchange), S.A. Series A Bonds bear an interest rate of 3.45% and mature on July 20, 2015.<\/p>\n

HSBC Leasing, S.A. ha emitido la primera serie de dichos bonos denominados los Bonos Serie A, por un monto de US$15,000,000.00, los cuales fueron colocadas con \u00e9xito a trav\u00e9s de la Bolsa de Valores de Panam\u00e1, S.A. Los Bonos Serie A devengar\u00e1n una tasa de inter\u00e9s equivalente a 3.45% y vencer\u00e1n el 20 de julio de 2015.<\/p>\n
