(EMNADESA) in the issuance of corporate bonds in three series for an amount of up to US$50,000,000.00 which were successfully placed through the Panama Stock Exchange, S.A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The bonds, placed by EMNADESA for the financing of construction and operation of hydroelectric projects in the Republic of Panama, are guaranteed by a collateral trust which will, among other assets, receive the funds generated by each project from the sale of electric power.\u00a0 Insignia Financial Advisors acted as sole financial advisor and Global Financial Funds Corp. acted as trustee of the collateral trust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partner Francisco Arias, and associates Ricardo Arias, Kharla Aizpurua Olmos, Roberto Vidal and Ana Carolina Castillo, participated in this transaction.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:es--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Morgan &#038; Morgan represent\u00f3 a Empresa Nacional de Energ\u00eda, S.A. (EMNADESA) en la emisi\u00f3n de bonos corporativos en tres series hasta por un monto de US$50,000,000.00, la cual se coloc\u00f3 exitosamente a trav\u00e9s de la Bolsa de Valores de Panam\u00e1, S.A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los bonos, colocados por EMNADESA para el financiamiento de la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de proyectos hidroel\u00e9ctricos en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1, est\u00e1n garantizados por un fideicomiso de garant\u00eda el cual, junto con otros activos, recibe los fondos generados por cada proyecto por la venta de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.
