This is the first public offering of securities performed by Corporaci\u00f3n Bellavista de Finanzas, S.A. in the Republic of Panama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partner Francisco Arias and associates Ricardo Arias and Aristides Anguizola, participated in this transaction.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:es--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Morgan &amp; Morgan represent\u00f3 a Corporaci\u00f3n Bellavista de Finanzas, S.A., una compa\u00f1\u00eda financiera no bancaria paname\u00f1a que otorga pr\u00e9stamos al p\u00fablico, en el registro y oferta p\u00fablica de Valores Comerciales Negociables Rotativos por una suma de hasta US$10,000,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para los fines de su oferta p\u00fablica en\u00a0 series conforme al Programa Rotativo, Corporaci\u00f3n Bellavista de Finanzas, S.A. registr\u00f3 los Valores Comerciales Negociables ante la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las obligaciones de Corporaci\u00f3n Bellavista de Finanzas, S.A. derivadas de los Valores Comerciales Negociables Rotativos est\u00e1n garantizadas por una fianza emitida por su sociedad tenedora, a saber, Grupo Bella Vista Internacional, Inc.
