During the conference, the attacks by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) to the territories with financial centers in Latin America and the Caribbean was an issue of debate. Several experts discussed during STEP Latam how small territories like Panama should partner to defend their interests with this organization.<\/p>\n
