Cristina De Roux is an attorney at Morgan & Morgan and works in the Corporate Law Department since 2015. Ms. De Roux regularly advises clients on matters related to financing, securities and corporate law.
Prior to joining the Corporate Law team, Ms. De Roux worked as a paralegal at the firm handling issues related to corporate, banking and finance, among others.
Ms. De Roux obtained her degree in Law and Political Science graduating with honors from the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. She then got her LLM from Tulane University Law School, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA; as a fellow of Tulane University´s Panamanian Alumni Association.
Ms. De Roux is currently admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
