Morgan & Morgan advises Cirsa and Deutsche Bank in senior notes issue for €280,000,000

Morgan & Morgan represented Cirsa Gaming Corporation S.A. and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in the offering of €280,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.750% senior notes due 2018 through the direct wholly-owned finance subsidiary, Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S,A. The notes are listed in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for trading on the Euro MTF Market.

The attorneys involved on this transaction were partners Mercedes Arauz de Grimaldo and Francisco Arias and associates Ricardo Arias and Roberto Vidal.
