Morgan & Morgan advised Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and Cirsa Gaming Corporation, S.A. in the offering by Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A. of senior notes for an amount of up to €500,000,000

Morgan & Morgan represented Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, as initial purchaser, and Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A., as issuer, in the offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2023.  The notes will be guaranteed by Cirsa Gaming Corporation, .S.A, and, among others, Gaming & Services de Panamá, S.A.

Morgan & Morgan representó a Deutsche Bank AG, sucursal de Londres, como comprador inicial, y Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S.A., como emisor, en la oferta de bonos senior por un valor total de €500,000,000 a una tasa de interés de 5.875% con vencimiento en el año 2023.  Los bonos estarán garantizados por Cirsa Gaming Corporation, S.A., y, entre otros, por Gaming & Services de Panamá, S.A.
