Decree No. 122 of September 14th, 2022, published in the Official Gazette on September 15th, 2022 (hereinafter “The Decree”), lifts sanitary measures and restriction for travelers.
RELEVANT MEASURES:
- It is ordered to lift the mandatory physical distancing and capacity established in the National Territory due to COVID-19.
- It is ordered to lift the sanitary restriction measures for COVID-19 established for the entry of travelers to the National Territory.

This decree derogates the Executive Decree No. 489 of March 16th, 2020, Executive Decree No. 74 of February 12th, 2021, Executive Decree No. 771 of May 19th 2021, Executive Decree No. 783 of June 18th 2021, Executive Decree No. 832 of August 30th 2021, Executive Decree No. 852 of September 29th 2021, Executive Decree No. 102 of July 1st 2022, Executive Decree No. 107 of July 13th 2022, Resolution No. 177 of February 13th 2020, Resolution No. 405 of May 11th 2020, Resolution No. 630 of July 30th 2021, Resolution 2339 of September 9th 2021, Resolution 2552 of October 1st 2021 and Resolution No. 2878 of November 12th 2021.
COMMENTS:
- The mandatory physical distancing and capacity is lifted throughout the National Territory.
- The measures restricting the entry into the National Territory of all travelers are lifted.
- This decree will take effect as of September 15th, 2022.
