The Ministry of Health lifts sanitary measures and restrictions for travelers

Decree No. 122 of September 14^th, 2022, published in the Official Gazette on September 15^th, 2022 (hereinafter “The Decree”), lifts sanitary measures and restriction for travelers.

RELEVANT MEASURES:

• It is ordered to lift the mandatory physical distancing and capacity established in the National Territory due to COVID-19.

• It is ordered to lift the sanitary restriction measures for COVID-19 established for the entry of travelers to the National Territory.

• This decree derogates the Executive Decree No. 489 of March 16^th, 2020, Executive Decree No. 74 of February 12^th, 2021, Executive Decree No. 771 of May 19^th 2021, Executive Decree No. 783 of June 18^th 2021, Executive Decree No. 832 of August 30^th 2021, Executive Decree No. 852 of September 29^th 2021, Executive Decree No. 102 of July 1^st 2022, Executive Decree No. 107 of July 13^th 2022, Resolution No. 177 of February 13^th 2020, Resolution No. 405 of May 11^th 2020, Resolution No. 630 of July 30^th 2021, Resolution 2339 of September 9^th 2021, Resolution 2552 of October 1^st 2021 and Resolution No. 2878 of November 12^th 2021.

COMMENTS:

• The mandatory physical distancing and capacity is lifted throughout the National Territory.
• The measures restricting the entry into the National Territory of all travelers are lifted.
• This decree will take effect as of September 15^th, 2022.
