Morgan & Morgan participated in The International Maritime Law Seminar (IMLS), Singapore 2023

Singapore, June 7, 2023. Morgan & Morgan participated as one of the main sponsors of the International Maritime Law Seminar (IMLS), an annual event focused on current key issues in the global maritime economy and the development of international maritime law.

Mr. Francisco Linares, partner in the Shipping and Admiralty Litigation Department of Morgan & Morgan, took part as a speaker with the presentation titled “Panamanian limitation schemes: An overview of Panama´s Law on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims.”

More than 200 maritime executives and attorneys attended the seminar presented under the moderation of representatives of leading law firms from different continents.
