Stephanie Hurtado is a Senior Associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department of Morgan & Morgan. She has more than 7 years of experience in labor law, advising recognized national and multinational companies.

Her practice is focused on all aspects related to Labor & Employment Law, specializing in litigation for the judicial and extrajudicial representation of clients in the resolution of individual and collective labor conflicts, labor terminations, negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor arbitration, social security issues, among others.

Stephanie has a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Americana, where she graduated with honors and has a Graduate Certificate in Labor Law from the Universidad Latina de Panamá.
