María Alejandra Rodríguez is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group of Morgan & Morgan, where she regularly advises clients on litigation matters in the areas of torts, civil and administrative liability, consumer protection, banking, and other civil, administrative, constitutional and commercial related matters.

She obtained an LL.B. from the School of Law of Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (Summa Cum Laude) in 2023, and a LL.M. in Civil Liability from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain (2024). She also completed a program in Civil and State Liability from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia (2023).

In addition, she is the author of academic publications such as “La Responsabilidad Médica por Infracción al Deber de Información”. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

Maria Alejandra is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
