Luis Arturo Saez is an Attorney at Morgan & Morgan offices in the city of David, Chiriquí. Luis specializes in Real Estate, administrative and civil processes, and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Luis worked as a paralegal in a local law firm, where he specialized in immigration, labor, corporate, and tax matters.

Luis obtained an LL.B. from the School of Law of Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua (2023). Additionally, he has completed training courses offered by the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters (ACOBIR) to apply for a Real Estate Broker license in the Republic of Panama.
