Panama, October 2, 2023. Morgan & Morgan advised Rhenus, a leading global logistics specialist, in connection with the acquisition of certain Panamanian subsidiaries of BLU Logistics, a leading Latin American freight forwarder present in Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, and Uruguay, as well as in Mainland China and Hong Kong. 

The firm served as local counsel to Hogan Lovells (Germany), lead counsel to Rhenus, in the due diligence process and subsequent negotiation and execution of the Share Purchase Agreement with regards to certain Panamanian subsidiaries subject to the transaction.
