Victor Baker Revelo is an associate attorney in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice area of Morgan & Morgan.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he worked as a sole practitioner focusing in constitutional, administrative, civil, and commercial litigation; related to natural resources (mining, energy and oil), insurance, banking services, telecommunications, among others. He has also represented in complex proceedings involving public contracting and litigation in the modality of fraud and public.

He is the author of the publication "El Contrato Estatal y la Responsabilidad Precontractual y Contractual del Estado", editorial Mizrachi-Puyol, 2023.

Victor obtained an LL.B. (Cum Laude) from the University of Panama. He also completed a Specialization in Insurance and Reinsurance Law at the Universidad Pontificia Catolica de Chile and is currently studying specializations in Civil Procedural Law and Mining and Energy Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. In addition, he is completing a Bachelor´s Degree in Economics at the University of Panama.

He is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
