Digna Caicedo is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Morgan & Morgan. Currently, her experience in the practice of law is focused on simple foreclosure, mortgage, mixed, evictions, consumer protection, civil proceedings, and precautionary measures.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Digna acquired experience in various areas of Family and Criminal Law.

She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science and a Technician in Criminalistics, both from the School of Law of the University of Panama. In addition, she holds Certifications in Criminal Judicial Psychology, Expert in Forensic Ballistics and Criminal Investigation, Expert in Criminal Documentology and others. She also took courses in Procedural Law, Judicial Ethics, Criminal Profiling, Interview and Interrogation Technique and various courses in the Accusatory Criminal System. Digna is currently studying for a Master of Criminal Procedure and Criminal Procedural Law.

Digna is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
