Yimara Gomez is an attorney in the Estate Planning and Corporate Services Department of Morgan & Morgan and part of the team of MMG Trust (Panama), S.A., a fiduciary company with over 25 years in the Panamanian market.

She specializes in trusts, private interest foundations, project management trusts, and guarantee trusts, among other fiduciary services.

Her portfolio of clients includes trust companies and family businesses that require sophisticated, custom-made fiduciary solutions for the organization and administration of private matters or specific business transactions.

She is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA-Panama Chapter) and The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners Association (STEP-Panama Chapter).

She obtained an LL.B. from Universidad Latina de Panama (2008) and a Master in Commercial Law from this same University (2024). She also holds Degrees in International Tax Law (2024) and International Fiduciary Management (2014).

Yimara is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
