Eduardo Oteiza is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Morgan & Morgan.

Before joining the firm, Eduardo worked at a Panamanian law firm focused on corporate and transactional law, where he was involved in advisory matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction structuring, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. Previously, he developed a career in investment banking, gaining experience in financial and credit analysis, investment fund structuring, and portfolio management for a leading banking institution in Panama.

Eduardo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science with honors (Summa Cum Laude) from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School at Columbia University in the City of New York, with a focus on corporate law. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with honors (Cum Laude), with an emphasis in Accounting, from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, United States. Additionally, he has completed studies in tax and securities law.
