Tax fraud in property tax

The popular but sometimes very little-known property tax (IBI, by its initials in Spanish) has a number of regulations that the owner must observe carefully, as it may affect what is perhaps his/her most important asset: his/her home. In addition to this, the IBI affects all that real estate dedicated to commercial, industrial, professional, agricultural activities which are an important part of the economy.
