Through Resolution No. 201-4488 dated June 4, 2025, published in Official Gazette No. 30302 on June 17, 2025, the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance has launched a mandatory campaign to update information in the Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC), under the following conditions:
All individual and legal entity taxpayers registered or required to register in the DGI’s RUC have until August 31, 2025, to comply.
The update must be completed through the e-Tax 2.0 system by filling out all required fields in the online form.
Failure to update the RUC information within the established deadline may result in fines ranging from US$ 100.00 to US$ 500.00, applicable in cases such as:

- Providing incomplete or incorrect information.
- Not updating the data within the specified timeframe.
- Failing to register or formally update information in the DGI records.
