Mayte Sanchez Gonzalez included in the List of Arbitrators of the Center for Arbitration and Conciliation of Panama (CeCAP)

Panama, August 17, 2021. The Center for Arbitration and Conciliation of Panama (CeCAP) approved Ms. Mayte Sanchez Gonzalez, senior associate of Morgan & Morgan Legal, on the list of authorized Arbitrators to act in arbitration, conciliation, and mediation processes carried out by this Institution for the period August 2021-August 2023.

Ms. Sanchez Gonzalez works in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of the firm. She has extensive experience formulating creative solutions to complex and high-stake domestic and international arbitration processes (both investor-state and commercial) in various industries, including large-scale infrastructure projects, construction, energy, ports and shipping, logistics, hospitality, retail, insurance and reinsurance, and government. She is also certified as a Mediator and Conciliator from the Ministry of Government and Justice of Panama. She is a member of the Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where she frequently speaks at arbitration conferences.
