MMG Fund Services (Bahamas) Ltd. is a fund administration company licensed and practicing in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas since July of 2008, with assets over US$800 Million under administration. It obtained an Unrestricted Fund Administrator’s license which allows the in-house licensing and administration of investment funds.

MMG Fund Services (Bahamas) Ltd. is wholly owned by the partners of Morgan & Morgan and is duly regulated and has a close working relationship with The Securities Commission of the Bahamas (SCB), The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB), and accounting firms.

We have partnered with family offices and prestigious international banks to create tax compliant fund structures suited for their most demanding and important clients. These structures range between Professional Funds and SMART funds structures which are unique to The Bahamas.  These turn-key investment fund structures are pre-approved by the SCB.

Inexpensive to set up, SMART Funds are cost-effective given the minimal establishment and ongoing requirements. A SMART Fund is not required to have a prospectus and need only prepare a term-sheet.  There is no audit requirement. This is a major advantage particularly for new fund managers trying to keep start-up and costs to a minimum.
