(Cirsa) and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, in connection with the offering of €450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2021, issued by Cirsa Funding Luxembourg, S.A. and to be guaranteed by Cirsa and, among others, Gaming & Services de Panamá, S.A.
