Morgan & Morgan advised HSBC in the sale of its operation in Colombia

Morgan & Morgan advised HSBC Group with respect to Panamanian legal aspects related to the sale of its operation in Colombia to Banco GNB Sudameris, S.A., for US$400 million. This transaction is part of a border operation involving other South American countries (Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay).

From Morgan & Morgan, partner Inocencio Galindo and associate Roberto Vidal assumed principal responsibility in this transaction.
