Morgan & Morgan advises Cirsa and Deutsche Bank in €400,000,000 transaction

Morgan & Morgan represented Cirsa Gaming Corporation S.A. and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in the offering of €400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.750% senior notes due 2018 through the direct wholly-owned finance subsidiary, Cirsa Funding Luxembourg S,A. Application will be made to list the notes on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for trading on the Euro MTF Market.

The attorneys involved on this transaction were partners Francisco Arias and Mercedes Arauz de Grimaldo and associates Ricardo Arias and Roberto Vidal.
