Morgan & Morgan strengthens its presence in The Bahamas

The Bahamas, January 27, 2026. Alvaro Tomas, partner of our Private Wealth Law & Corporate Services team, participated in the inauguration of the new offices of MMG (Bahamas) Ltd. and MMG Bank & Trust, Ltd. and., located at the Sandyport Office Complex in Nassau, The Bahamas. This important milestone also coincided with the celebration of 35 years of MMG (Bahamas) Ltd. in this jurisdiction.

The event was attended by government authorities of The Bahamas, including the Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Senator Ryan Pinder, who recognized and congratulated Morgan & Morgan for maintaining a significant presence in The Bahamas for more than three decades, as well as the team for the opening of its new facilities.

We were also joined by Ernesto Lewis, representing MMG Bank, reflecting the strength of our organization and our long-term commitment to The Bahamas as a key financial, corporate and fiduciary center for our clients.
