Adrián De La Espriella is an Associate in the Tax practice area. He advises local and international companies, as well as individuals, on tax compliance, tax planning, and the application of special tax regimes. His experience includes handling tax exemptions and statute of limitations, providing tax advice on corporate structures, trusts, and private interest foundations, registering companies in special economic zones, and representing clients before authorities such as the General Directorate of Revenue and the Tax Administrative Court.

He also provides support in tax audits, reviews of corporate structures for tax optimization, and the drafting of binding tax consultations. He has worked with clients across various sectors, including commerce, logistics, real estate, technology, and financial services.

Adrián earned his Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (2021–2024), where he also completed specializations in Energy and Environmental Law, and in Foreign Investment and Arbitration Law. Additionally, he completed virtual studies in Supranational Education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2020) and in political theory at Yale University (2020).
