Juan Antonio Franco Diaz is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group for Morgan & Morgan. Mr. Franco Diaz specializes and regularly advises clients interested in the practice of attachments and precautionary measures of all sorts that seek to guarantee the pecuniary results of litigation procedures which arise from contractual breaches, Torts liabilities, events, facts, actions, and omissions involving fraud, negligence, or fault and that generate damages.

Mr. Franco Diaz also pursues the collection of debts from natural persons or legal entities, as a remedy for defaulting guaranteed credits and subprime loans that become loss-qualified items.

He outstands in understanding and analyzing complex problems to provide simple and personalized solutions for our clients in the insurance, construction, banking, and finance industries, among others.

Mr. Franco Diaz obtained an LL.B. in Law and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama (2021), and a bachelor’s degree in Securities Brokerage and Analyst from the Superintendence of the Stock Market of Panama (2022). He also has a certification from the Penn State Law-Legal English for Lawyers program at Universidad Latina de Panamá.

Mr. Franco Diaz is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
