Alejandro González Otero is an associate in the Private Wealth Law Department at Morgan & Morgan. He specializes in company formation and management, private interest foundations, and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he worked as a consultant specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) and reputational risk for the Wealth Management team at a well-known financial institution in the United States. In that role, he handled regulatory compliance and due diligence matters for high-risk corporate and individual clients, and facilitated coordination between financial advisors, client service associates, and risk officers.

Alejandro holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he also earned a Certificate in Securities and Financial Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua in Panama City, Panama.
