Nohely Grimaldo is an Attorney in the Immigration Law practice at Morgan & Morgan. Her practice focuses on Immigration Law, including the filing of residence permit applications, entry authorizations, work permits, and related procedures before the Panamanian immigration authorities.

Her work involves the assessment of legal requirements, preparation and follow-up of applications, and providing close guidance to corporate and individual clients throughout the entire immigration process, ensuring efficiency and full regulatory compliance.

Prior to her current position, Nohely headed the Immigration Department at our Penonomé office, where she led the coordination and execution of immigration procedures related to the Minera Panamá project. This experience enabled her to develop strong expertise in the regularization of foreign personnel in large-scale projects, as well as a thorough understanding of immigration regulations applicable across multiple industries.
