Enrique Jimenez is Of Counsel at Morgan & Morgan.

Mr. Jimenez has more than 25 years of experience in all type of Intellectual Property topics, including IP Registration, legal advice to clients in the field, as well as Litigation background to support the day-to-day activities of the Department.  He provides counseling to a wide range of private companies, including the most important financial corporations and multinationals in the region.

Mr. Jimenez is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Panamanian Association of Intellectual Property, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, Terralex and World Services Group. Mr. Jimenez was until mid-2010, the President of the Panamanian Association of Intellectual Property Rights (APADEPI for its initials in Spanish).

He is graduated (Cum Laude) from the School of Law of the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama; and a LL.M. from the School of Law of Tulane University in the U.S.A.

Mr. Jimenez is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
