The National Bar Association of Panama awarded Albalira Montufar with the Secundino Torres Gudiño medal

Panamá, August 23, 2021. We are glad to announce that our partner Albalira Montufar was awarded by the National Bar Association of Panama, with the Secundino Torres Gudiño medal, a distinction for young legal professionals with more than ten (10) years in the legal profession, who stand out for their performance in studies, and for participating in the activities of the association.

Albalira Montufar’s expertise includes more than 15 years of legal advising to companies in matters related to immigration and labor law. Ms. Montufar has been a speaker on multiple conferences and forums and participates actively in advising on immigration matters to Panama’s Executive Branch, drafting and reviewing regulations related to immigration. She is a member of the Panama Bar Association and is currently the president of its immigration commission (2019-2021).
