Español Morgan & Morgan advised the Inter-American Development Bank with respect to a loan granted by the Inter-American Development Bank, as lender, to the Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura, S.A., as borrower, in the aggregate principal amount of up to US$ 60 million.
The collateral granted by the borrower to guaranty the repayment of the loan is comprised by the assignment of certain revenues of the borrower, as well as the pledge of certain bank accounts of the borrower.
From Morgan & Morgan, partner Inocencio Galindo, and associate Roberto Vidal, assumed the principal responsibility in this matter.
Morgan & Morgan asesoró al Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo como prestamista de la Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura, S.A., como prestatario, por una suma total de hasta US$60 millones.
La garantía ofrecida por el prestatario para garantizar el pago del préstamo se compone de la cesión de ciertas rentas del prestatario, así como la prenda de algunas cuentas bancarias del prestatario.
