Morgan & Morgan won two categories of the Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards.

Panama, June 1, 2022. We are proud to announce that Morgan & Morgan has been recognized as a winner in the categories “Restructuring” and “Project Finance: Energy and Natural Resources” of the Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards, an annual event recognizing individual lawyers and law firms as an acknowledgment for their hard work on the most significant deals of the 2021-year across Latin America.

The winning deals where our law firm represented were “Avianca emerges from the Chapter 11 process” and “Panamanian gas-fired power project secures finance.”
