Jorge Luis Reyes is a Partner at Morgan & Morgan.

Mr. Reyes has over 30 years of experience in business and corporate law, estate planning, private interest foundations, company formation and management. His client portfolio includes renowned  private companies, banking and financial entities, corporate practitioners and private clients.

Besides his legal practice, Mr. Reyes has been Professor of Civil Law in the School of Law of the University of Panama.

Mr. Reyes has authored “Damages and their Reparation under Panamanian Civil Law”, 1977; and “The Neutralization of the Panama Canal under the Panama Canal Treaties of 1977”, 1980.

Mr. Reyes obtained an LL.B. (Summa Cum Laude) at the School of Law of the University of Panama; a Diplome d’ Etudes Approfondies en Droit Civil, D.E.A., Civil Law, in the University of Paris, Sorbonne; a Diplome en Relations Internacionales, in the Institut d’ Etudes Politiques of Paris, France; a Diplome d’ Etudes Approfondies en Droit International, D.E.A., International Law, in the University of Paris, Sorbonne; and a PH.D., in the University of Paris, Sorbone.

Mr. Reyes is a member of the International Jurists Association of Geneva, Switzerland.

Jorge Luis Reyes is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
