Morgan & Morgan represented Credit Suisse in US$2,250 million transaction

Morgan & Morgan advised Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) in the issuance and sale of up to US$2,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Euro Medium Terms Notes of the Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex). Application will be made to list the notes on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for trading on the Euro MTF market.

Morgan & Morgan asesoró a Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) en la emisión y venta de hasta una suma total principal de US$2,250,000,000 en notas a mediano plazo en euros del Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex). La solicitud se hará para cotizar las notas en la lista oficial de la Bolsa de Valores de Luxemburgo para su negociación en el mercado MTF del euro.
