Arantxa Fernandez Chang is an associate at Morgan & Morgan and works in the firm's Corporate Law Department.
Before joining our legal team, Ms. Fernandez gained experience in the Legal department of a U.S. investment management organization, where she was engaged in private equity investigations and other related matters. She also interned in the Corporate Law Department of Morgan & Morgan (2017-2020), providing legal assistance in corporate, administrative, and due diligence matters.
Ms. Fernandez obtained an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama and studied a certificate program in Capital Markets from the same university. Later, she obtained a Legal Tech and Innovation Specialization from George Washington University. Furthermore, she graduated from the Duke University School of Law with an LL.M. (Pro Bono Distinction) and a Business Law Certificate.
Ms. Fernandez Chang is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
