Morgan & Morgan represented Carbine Capital, one of the most important toasters of the Coffee Business in Australia in the acquisition of Finca Santa Teresa, a coffee plantation located in Volcán, Chiriquí, highlands in the Republic of Panama.
The acquisition included the Coffee Mill and the Coffee Plantation. The Coffee Business is one of the most important commercial activities of the Province of Chiriquí, making Panamanian coffee well-renowned across the world.
